Leslie Dickenson is a highly experienced aesthetic injector and licensed aesthetician with nearly two decades of expertise in medical aesthetics. With 20 years in the industry and 13 years of dedicated service to her clients, she is recognized for her refined technique, clinical precision, and commitment to natural, elevated results. Leslie is currently completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with plans to continue on to become a Nurse Practitioner - further strengthening her foundation in advanced aesthetic medicine.
Leslie began her career in Austin, Texas at a prominent plastic surgery center before returning to the greater Houston area, where she has since worked in some of the region’s most respected medical spas. Leslie has trained alongside leading physicians, PAs, nurse practitioners, and aesthetic experts from across the country and internationally.
For the past 13 years, Leslie has proudly owned and operated her own aesthetic practice. This independence allows her to maintain fair, accessible pricing while selecting only the technologies, products, and treatment modalities she truly believes in. She is known for her integrity - never pushing unnecessary treatments or skincare - and for her patient‑centered approach that prioritizes long‑term skin health and natural, structural rejuvenation. This philosophy is the foundation of Royal Aesthetics.
Having entered the field just a few years after Botox received cosmetic FDA approval in 2002, Leslie has witnessed, and helped shape, the evolution of modern aesthetic medicine. She regularly pursues advanced training in non‑surgical procedures including biostimulators, neuromodulators, dermal fillers, IPL, laser resurfacing, chemical peels, medical facials, and body contouring technologies such as BodyTone. She is also proud to offer XERF, the newest and most advanced radiofrequency skin‑tightening device for structural lifting and collagen remodeling.
Leslie works closely with Medical Director Dr. Nadeem Jamil to ensure each client receives a personalized, clinically sound treatment plan - whether through in‑office procedures or curated at‑home skincare regimens. She is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals in a way that aligns with their budget, lifestyle, and long‑term aesthetic vision.
Outside the treatment room, Leslie is a devoted mother to her daughter, Lainey Pearl. Her love for interior design is reflected in Royal Aesthetics’ blend of French antiques, soft elegance, and modern clinical refinement. Leslie has hand-curated a space where clients feel both cared for and at home. Her signature blend of expertise, warmth, and artistry defines every aspect of the Royal Aesthetics experience.
Bri Garza
Licensed Aesthetician
Bri brings over five years of experience in luxury spa services and is renowned for her expertise in advanced anti-aging Hydrafacials. She’s a master at combining the clinical precision of the treatment with the soothing, results-driven touch that defines the Royal Aesthetics experience.
Her specialty lies in using Hydrafacial’s lymphatic drainage to sculpt, depuff, and stimulate circulation enhancing firmness and glow while reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Bri believes Hydrafacials should be a staple in every skincare routine and takes each treatment to the next level by blending professional technique with the relaxing feel of a spa facial.
She also excels in skin tightening, microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and acne management. As a Certified Acne Specialist, she leads our Face Reality Boot Camp, transforming acne-prone skin through targeted treatments and personalized care. Bri’s approach is both clinical and luxurious leaving every client refreshed, lifted, and truly radiant.
Isabella Pethe, FNP
Family Nurse Practitioner
Isabella Pethe is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of nursing experience. With a strong foundation in emergency medicine, she brings both clinical precision and a deep sense of compassion to every patient interaction.
Her practice now focuses on cutting-edge wellness therapies including IV nutrition, vitamin injections, and personalized longevity solutions. Isabella performs comprehensive lab testing to identify root causes and help patients rebalance their bodies through quality, pharmaceutical-grade treatments.
She is proud to be the first provider in The Woodlands and among the first in Texas to offer Niagen Plus, a pharma-grade NAD+ boosting treatment that supports energy, cognitive clarity, and cellular repair.
A cancer survivor herself, Isabella’s passion for healing is personal. She transformed her life through holistic lifestyle changes and is deeply committed to helping others thrive through advanced, evidence-based wellness including vitamin therapy, peptide protocols, and soon, exosome and stem cell treatments as FDA regulations evolve.
Isabella is the founder of Vital Balance, her own independent wellness practice. She collaborates closely with Royal Aesthetics, supporting the clinic through shared patient care and aligned wellness goals.
