Leslie began her career in the skin care industry nearly 18 years ago, during which time she had the opportunity to work in some of Houston’s most prestigious medical spas, as well as train alongside renowned medical doctors, registered nurses and aestheticians both regionally and nationally. As an aesthetician with a background in plastic surgery and aesthetic dermatology, Leslie has experienced first-hand the continuous improvements in skin care and aesthetic medicine. 

Leslie attends numerous advanced training courses focusing on cutting edge non-surgical techniques including facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, hair removal, IPL photo-rejuvenation, fractional skin resurfacing, botox and dermal filler injections, as well as body contouring and cellulite reduction. She believes on-going education is the key to a successful business and prides herself in her ability to provide patients with the latest in-demand treatments using gold standard products and champion technology. 

Leslie works together with Haley Knowles, NP and Patricia Allamon, MD to personally tailor treatment plans to address clients concerns, whether that be through a series of in-office laser procedures, or a customized skincare regimen with products that can used at home. Leslie also realizes that achieving these goals can be costly and works with each client to develop a treatment plan that fits within their budget as best she can to work toward their desired result. 

Leslie is a new mother to a baby girl, Lainey Pearl Dickenson.

Haley has worked as a nurse for 10 years and as a nurse practitioner for 2 years. She has a love for cardiology, but a true passion for wellness and aesthetics. Haley desires to help others find the root cause of symptoms and chronic illness.

Haley is a certified critical care nurse and certified transplant coordinator. She is currently working towards certification as an aesthetic nurse as experience allows. She has a passion for keeping up to date on the latest treatments and guidelines to provide the best care for her patients as well as attending as many instructional conferences to keep her knowledge cutting edge.

Apart from her career in aesthetics, wellness, and cardiology, Haley enjoys snuggling with her fur babies, traveling with her husband, and reading and riding her peloton. Anything that puts her body in motion and involves the outdoors - you can count her in!
